FAQ's at BeDazzled Cleaning

Q. Can I meet my cleaner before the first clean?
A. Yes. Your cleaner will contact you to arrange a convenient time to meet you and answer any questions you may have.

Q. Can I specify the day of the week the cleaner comes?
A. Most of the time we are able to accommodate requests for cleaning on certain days. If however the day you have requested is unavailable we will work with you to find another convenient day.

Q. Do you have insurance cover?
A. BeDazzled has £2,000,000 of public liability insurance to provide peace of mind in the event of any major incidents or damage. Please note an excess applies.

Q. Is there a minimum number of hours per cleaning visit?
A. We have a minimum requirement of 2 hours per week.

Q. Do your cleaners have a criminal records check?
A. Yes. We make sure every cleaner has a clear criminal records check as part of our vetting process.

Q. Can I specify what I would like cleaned?
A. Absolutely. We have a completely customisable cleaning checklist which you can change every visit to make sure the cleaner is spending the time cleaning the areas you want.

Q. Will I get the same cleaner every week?
A. You will have the same cleaner looking after your home on every visit. Should your cleaner be absent and you require a temporary cover cleaner then please give us a call and we will arrange this for you.

Q. Will I have to be at home when the cleaner visits?
A. Our cleaners are happy to hold a key for your house. This enables our cleaners to visit whilst your home is empty, allowing them to work more effectively without any additional distractions.

Q. Do I have to supply cleaning products?
A. BeDazzled Cleaning have two types of cleaning service, our standard regular domestic cleaning service and our helping hand cleaning service. If you would like your cleaner to arrive fully equipped with cleaning equipment and top quality products then please ask for our helping hand cleaning service.

Q. How do I pay for the service?
A. The cleaners are paid directly in cash on the day of the clean. For the agency fee we set up a simple monthly standing order from your nominated bank account.

Q. Once I send you a standing order, can you take whatever you want from my account?
A. No. Your standing order is a transaction between you and your bank and we have no ability to modify this standing order once it has been set up. Your bank will only allow you to adjust this standing order in any manner.

Q. How do I know if the cleaning will meet my Expectations?
A. BeDazzled is committed to making sure every one of our customers is happy with the service they receive. The best way to achieve this is through communication and feedback. Firstly, where possible, we encourage our clients to talk with the cleaner about any specifics. Secondly we follow up our initial visit with a questionnaire giving you the chance to tell us what we did well at and if there are any areas we could improve upon. These feedback forms along with our easy feedback approach allow us to give you a service which truly is tailored to your needs.
